Horace Horse-collar by K4nspachi Horace Horse-collar by K4nspachi
An old picture but Horace Horse-collar is such a great character, he deserves everything the world has to offer.

On a sidenote, that position was hard to keep, my poor knees.

How did you make the head and fingers? Paper mache?

Sorry I'm feeling a bit lazy and just use copypaste here, because other people have asked the same as well : D but he mask is made of paperclay (not sure if it's called that?) I just used some old newspapers and I pasted a thick layer of them on a balloon, and then I covered the whole thing with some... kind of coating that took out the rough spots. I can't remember what I used but I guess that using fimo works as well :) that works fine with the paint at least, I used acrylics.
And the hands, I sewed Salad Fingers-typed gloves and then just stuffed them with cotton and I put iron wires in them so I could move the fingers a little. I guess that covers it :'DD
